Panara Award

The Robert F. Panara Award is presented to an outstanding individual who has contributed much time, energy, and creativity to the field of educational support services for the continued success of deaf and hard-of-hearing students. This person should exemplify the qualities that Robert Panara demonstrated throughout his career in the field of deaf education. Past winners of the award have included teachers of the deaf, interpreters, and many other educators who have given of themselves and their time to make the educational experience a successful one.
